Senior UX/UI Designer
2018

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Singapore fintech Osome, I redesigned their website in 2018 to emphasize their proprietary chatbot for automating business tasks. Through UX analysis and a fresh, cohesive design, I created an innovative layout. Launched in 2018, it drove traffic, boosted leads, and supported Osome's expansion into Asian and UK markets, contributing to $2M in seed funding

>Challenge<

To create a new website before the company's next seed round to boost visitor numbers and service user growth

Despite Osome's cutting-edge technology and an ambitious goal to automate administrative and corporate secretary tasks, their website failed to effectively communicate these capabilities. The core innovation—a proprietary chatbot designed to assist customers with critical tasks—was not clearly conveyed to visitors. This lack of clarity resulted in a website that lacked distinctiveness and failed to engage or captivate potential users, ultimately hindering both user experience and the company's overall growth.

~What I did~

I decided to focus on the company's primary feature — a chatbot — and made it the central idea of the website

It was risky and bold. However, it ensured that our customers receive only key information. Additionally, I came up with a solution to a problem many businesses face: how to guide different groups of clients to the products dedicated to them, — a client goes to their page right after they land on the website.

<Outcome>

I created a new innovative website for Osome. The new version of the site resulted in a significant increase in traffic compared to the previous one. The company also strengthened its brand and successfully completed its next seed round

The Osome site was launched in 2018. As evidenced by external sources, the new version of the site resulted in a significant increase in traffic compared to the old one. According to semrush.com analytics graphs, after the new Osome's website launch, there was a visible increase in organic traffic, representing growing demand from the leads.

After the site's launch, Osome secured $2,000,000 in seed funding from AdFirst.vc and three additional investors. Although it wasn't a direct result of my efforts, the enhanced leads metrics played a pivotal role in persuading investors about the business's potential.
